Superbia is the second book in the series and released on March 1, 2023, so now is the perfect time to start this series.In hindsight, it makes sense that their monarchs were choosen by brute strength and not intelligence, cause that boy was stoopid.

And once he makes this discovery, how long will the King of the Shades wait before he takes his Queen? I would have liked some more description of the Shade world and their customs because I was left with some questions about a lot of things but I did like that the story focused primarily on Allerick and Ophelia's blossoming romance.She’s not the chick in the monster romances that take forever to see the attraction our girl is a PROUD monster fucker 😈 Despite going to the shadow realm she adjusts and wants to conform to their customs. When Ophelia does actually feel fear, every Shade in the vicinity is like, “Ew, what is the sour scent?
